It is not a substitute for a [[Draft:Scroll of spells|scroll of spells]], and the normal Omega commands provide no scroll-writing operation that would turn it into a chosen magic scroll. Carry emergency scrolls in preference to blank paper when accessible inventory slots are scarce.
