For hunger alone, the Diner is a far better purchase: 25 Au sets nourishment to 44. Les Crapeuleaux costs forty times as much and merely adds eight. Commandant Sonder's sells 5 Au rations when you need food to carry out of town.
The restaurant is therefore a luxury visit rather than an efficient source of adventuring benefits. Arrive hungry enough to avoid turning an expensive meal into a loss of nourishment. A remembered four-star rating does not imply extra healing, experience or a permanent attribute increase.
