A scroll of teleportation moves the reader within the current map. Blessing grants destination selection; a curse can instead place the reader inside an obstruction and kill them immediately.[1]
Generation
The scroll belongs to the item-level-1 random pool and can appear at the pawn shop or through acquirement. Ambrosias can transform a blipper organ into a blessed copy for 50 Au using the normal component value. Eating that organ invokes teleportation directly instead; it does not produce a scroll.[2][3][4][5][6]

Greater positive blessing and enchantment do not add further control. The unchanged cursed name supplies no warning by itself.
Teleportation performs the room and screen updates for the new position. It does not select another dungeon depth or travel to another region. Noncursed use identifies the scroll type. As with other scrolls, blindness and fear prevent reading, so it is not a reliable escape after either condition has already taken hold.[7][8]
Strategy
Prepare and identify teleportation before entering a dangerous fight. Blessing is valuable for choosing a known safe retreat, reaching an isolated floor area, or bypassing a route you have already surveyed. Clairvoyance can help establish a destination; even then, an occupied destination produces a random fallback.
For travel between dungeon depths, use the warp instead. When depending on teleportation as emergency equipment, keep it accessible and arrange an answer to fear, such as a potion of banishing fear. A known cursed copy is unsuitable for casual testing because failure can be immediate and fatal.
