Veal piccata with capers is ordinary food that adds ten food points. It is a relatively valuable meal and provides substantial nourishment for its weight of two.[1]
Generation
It is an item-level-2 random food, possible in pawn-shop stock and through noncursed acquirement. Ordinary copies are unblessed. The fixed unidentified appearance is pale white strips with green dots.[2]
Description
Eat consumes one meal and adds ten reserve points, clamping a negative result to zero. It does not heal, cleanse or raise attributes. Blessing and cursing do not change its nourishment.[3]
A starting reserve of 38 or below avoids overeating. The meal can also satisfy an ordinary hungry non-horse creature, but a greedy or needy recipient considers its value first.[4]
Strategy
Keep it for a meaningful refill rather than a small top-up: it can overfill a Satiated character, whose reserve may already be above 38. It is more nourishing per weight than pizza but less concentrated than a nutritab. For feeding a creature, cheaper safe food usually achieves the same result.
